Resistoflex E-Series 3-convolute expansion joints are contour molded of Teflon® T-62 PTFE by a patented process. E-Series expansion joints use limit cables instead of limit bolts to control overextension during expansion. They also use T-Bands to limit travel and provide a visual indicator of when the joint is at maximum compression. T-bands are not designed to replace safeguarding. Wrap around safety shields are specifically designed to provide sprayout protection and are required in hazardous service. Learn more
